hey hey bloggers. it finally feels like summer. hot, hot weather, sleeping in, and a street dance. now all i need is for my beloved pool to open so i can get back to sunbathing and saving lives. i gotta soak up this sun before i go off to the grown up world of college.
i'm attending bethel university, holla royals, and i just picked my housing and roommates. roommates, as in plural. like two roommates. like three girls in one tiny, squish squashy dorm room. this wasn't the original plan. i dont know what i was thinking.
at Bethel, there's this cool thing called freshman hill, and me, being terrified of making friends in college, was desperate to get on that hill. obviously so i would have the best chance of making friends and being in the action. so i wait, wait, wait for my turn to choose my dorm house. i log in and just about have a heart attack. rooms available: Getsch, (on freshman hill) Nelson (five billion miles away from freshman hill). here's the kicker, the only available rooms left in Getsch were triple rooms. being one of the most indecisive people you'll ever meet, and having a mere fifteen minutes to make my choice, i. was. freaking.
as you know, i chose the triple room. how i came to this decision, i don't really know. it pretty much came down to, where am i going to be happiest? and that's where God put me, so that's where i'm supposed to be. besides, it sounded like the most exhilarting one. karoke nights? i'm in! and hey, one more roommate means one more friend.
when making difficult decisions, always remember yolo.
so yolo it up, people.
pp out.
